I am learning that Steady weight loss even if 200grams per week is better than those who lose 4Kg in one week and regain 500grams the following week, and re-losing the same 500grams the week after, etc etc.Steady consecutive weight loss denotes commitment which will eventually make you reach your goal at the end.
Despite the results where my body muscle mass is above average 7.1Kg (which is cool) , I also have water retention (5.9litres) which is not good.
I was shocked to find out that my total body fat weight at this stage is 32.9Kg which means 30.2% of my body is fat.My average BMI is 33 and my obesity level is grade 1
