Getting Control Of my Health and Life (5)
Not much to say.............
Pissed off with the diet, im not loosing weight yesterday the Dr decided to be an asshole and told me off so i told him where to go basically and told him the diet is boring and that im fedup of eating the same things day in and day out.
He changed the diet a bit but still have to eat the same stuff.
Oh well I wont be updating my weight for the last 2 weeks as the difference is not much.
I'll try and remain strong and i wont give up just yet, what i need now its to get my ass to a gym.

Getting Control Of my Health and Life (4)
Yesterday went to the Dr. and after a few tests and weighing I didn’t loose as much weight as I 1st calculated but its only been 3 weeks and this is very good cause although I am dieting I am also controlling what I am eating so much in order to get rid of the body fat, which the Dr told me that will happen.
I am learning that Steady weight loss even if 200grams per week is better than those who lose 4Kg in one week and regain 500grams the following week, and re-losing the same 500grams the week after, etc etc.Steady consecutive weight loss denotes commitment which will eventually make you reach your goal at the end.
Despite the results where my body muscle mass is above average 7.1Kg (which is cool) , I also have water retention (5.9litres) which is not good.
I was shocked to find out that my total body fat weight at this stage is 32.9Kg which means 30.2% of my body is fat.My average BMI is 33 and my obesity level is grade 1

You will feel good and it will reflect on your mood, your personality but above all in your weight loss.

Getting Control Of my Health and Life (3)
Yesterday I went to my Nutricionist and to my shock and my frustration after 2 weeks of dieting or shall I say almost at a STARVING point that I didnt loose so much weight as I thought. My Scales were wrong at home and it was not fun, plus the Doctor made a mistake and told me u lost 1 Kg which made me really tell him where to stick it.
Well this is my 3rd week now and thank God I am able to eat a bit more than before and not only freaking brown bread with white cheese. One of these days I will open my own production line if this keeps going like this....................

Getting Control Of my Health and Life (2)
Here you go guys,
Yesterday I weighted myself and I discovered that I lost 3.5Kg last week (as per my own scales at home, god Knows what the Dr's one will say... LOL LOL
Where ?
Still didnt find the place, dont see any changes at all in my body, another week awaits for more dieting and I wish the Dr would allow me to eat different things now........ lets see
